I Have Been Taking Elleste 1 Mg For 12 Years

I have been taking Elleste 1 mg for 12 years . I am 66 years old and I love it.
I have been told I should come off this now but as I am still working I would not be able to continue due to crazy head and lack of sleep
I have tried to come off it twice now and failed miserably !!
