I Have Been Taking Entocort EC For About 18 Months

I have been taking Entocort EC for about 18 months and also use an inhaler for flute as one propionate for over 2 years. I have started to these red splotches similar to bruising on my forearms, often with no noticeable injuries. They don't hurt, but take weeks to go away and look terrible. I'm 61 years old and don't think my skin is thin enough to look like a 90 year old. Is this a common side effect for both of these medications?
