I Have Been Taking Flomax For About 3 Years And

I have been taking Flomax for about 3 years and I am now experiencing retrograde ejaculation. I wasn't aware of this side effect until now and I want to stop taking Flomax, seek a natural alternative and get back to normal sexual function. How do I go about doing that, and how long will it take for my body to adjust and get back normal function?
