I Have Been Taking Gabapentin For Almost A Month To

I have been taking Gabapentin for almost a month to reduce nerve pain due to a pinched nerve in my neck prior to surgery. I have what feels like burning skin around the face and for about a week I have had upper stomach pain that comes and goes. I noticed it said to contact your doctor if you had upper stomach pain as a side effect. Should I be worried?
