I Have Been Taking Hydroxychloroquine 200mg For About A Year

I have been taking Hydroxychloroquine 200mg for about a year now, and it is for Pseudo Gout in my hands. A artheritus Doctor prescribed this for me . However, I see it is for Malaria, Lupus etc. Is this the right medicine for me. I've been wondering if that is the reason why I have felt lethargic? I am a woman of 73 years of age and have Pulmonary Hypertension, high blood pressure, and take Tracleer, and medication for blood pressure and oxygen (3mg) at night time for pulmonary Hypertension, also warfarin for the problem.
