I Have Been Taking Istamet50/500 For Past Three Months. Right

I have been taking Istamet50/500 for past three months.

Right now am in US visting falling short of 7 tablets before I return
But I have a few 50/1000 tabs with me.
Can I take them till I reach India?
Alternatively can I buy just one strip in US ; I do not know the brand name for 50/500 Istamet. Also. It will be expensive here.
