I Have Been Taking Keppra For Over A Year Now

I have been taking Keppra for over a year now due to seizures brought on by alcohol addiction and stress. My last seizure was in October 2016. I went into rehab for alcohol addition November 1st for 30 days. How long should I take Keppra if not drinking as much or under stress?
