I Have Been Taking Morphine 15 Mg For About 5

I have been taking Morphine 15 mg for about 5 years. Viet Nam Vet 100% military disabled and under Dr and Pchyciatrist care. Feeling very low non motivated, could Morphine contribute to my depression? If so, is there a substitute for the morphine to minimize my pain and help me out of these feelings.
