I Have Been Taking Naxdom 500 For About 2 Years

I have been taking Naxdom 500 for about 2 years now for headaches. During the first few months, I used to take 1-2 tablets in a day, but since then i have reduced it and need to take only one tablet occassionally i.e. once in three days and sometimes even once in a week. I am a 57 years old women with no other health problems. Will this cause any problems for me?
