I Have Been Taking Prednisone For 8 Months For Giant

I have been taking Prednisone for 8 months for giant cell arteritis, starting with 60 mg daily and down to 5 mg at present. Several months ago I developed small raised hard wart-like bumps all over my body. Most are small enough that they cannot be noticed visually, but can easily be felt. They do not itch or hurt. Is this due to the Prednisone?
