I Have Been Taking Propafenone 225 Mg Extended Release Twice

I have been taking Propafenone 225 mg extended release twice per day for about eight years and did well on that. My insurance changed so I had to switch to Propafenone 150 mg tablets three times per day I started that this morning. I am feeling extremely jittery and anxious and I took a .25 mg Xanax an hour ago and it hasn't helped much . My blood pressure is 125/66 and my heart rate is 66 bpm I am 55 years old. I am also starting to get a headache. What do you suggest?
