I Have Been Taking Saw Palmetto For Two And A

I have been taking Saw Palmetto for two and A half months now because I have an enlarged prostate. I did so at my son's recommendation. I took it three times a day, 1200 mgs. per pill. He has been taking it for over two years. And I have experienced a total loss of libido at the same time. But I am 74 years old. I was taking Leverterace 500 gms twice a day too. Plus 10 mgs of Lisinopril once a day. Can I expect my libido to return over time? I am a strict vegan and have been for four years now. I am also a recovering two mini stroke victim. And I fell and blacked out when I hit the asphalt pavement. Plus I had brain surgery on December 1, 2018.
