I Have Been Taking Strontium Plus For Osteoporosis For Just

I have been taking Strontium plus for osteoporosis for just one month now - however, I have now been told that there are many side effects mainly heart problems by taking this. I do not want to take alendronic acid. Is there an injection that I could have?
