I Have Been Taking Temazepam 30 Mg For Quite Awhile.

I have been taking Temazepam 30 mg for quite awhile. It was prescribed for restless ledges and not being able to get to sleep. From what I am reading about this medicine I have probably been taking for too long. What other type of medication can I take to help me sleep?
