I Have Been Taking Topamax For Years, For My Migraine

I have been taking Topamax for years, for my migraine headaches, and it works great, but & I am having problems with peoples names, and searching for the right words in conversations, etc. I am 59 years old, & was thinking that it was from menopause,mid-life, etc. but I had a hysterectomy 10 yrs ago. I just found out that its a possibly that Topamax could cause this ?
