I Have Been Taking Tylenol Twice A Day For A

I have been taking Tylenol twice a day for a month because of pain because of another medication that I am on I cannot take Advil . I am in a program and they are telling me that I cannot do this anymore. What is the best thing for me to do or do I ignore them and keep taking the tylenol
