I Have Been Taking A Combination Of Linzess And Colace

I have been taking a combination of linzess and colace for 3 days now after a week of 3 inch diameter or more bowel movements. I take opiods and have been bleeding profusely from my anus. My bowel movements are so hard and massive that it feels like fetal movements and I can see my stomach move as if I were pregnant but I am not pregnant because I have had no contact with men for one thing and the other is i have been sterilized. the pain from my anus is making it impossible to walk or sit and i already drink ample amounts of water to the point my urine is clear and I urinate multiple times a day because I have ehlers danlos syndrome and if I don't drink water i have symptoms of withdrawal. These bowel movements are driving me insane and are severely damaging my anus. WHat is the maximum dosage of linzess or colace a 214lb person can take in a day? will it kill me? I would sell my soul for a loose bowel movement and I eat 4 packets of oatmeal a day for fiber. Is there something else i can do? Normally i don't make movements for a week or more but i have been taking garcinia cambogia, raspberry ketones, and yacon. SO now I am having daily movements but they are as large and as hard as bricks. PLEASE HELP!
