I Have Been Taking A Product Called "Calm" And It

I have been taking a product called "Calm" and it has helped a lot with sleep, but today i think i found a side affect. I pasted a black stool, and i can only think of this product as the cause. I don't take any other medication, and i give blood (last time on the 19th). Is this the cause please help.
