I Have Been Taking A Very Low Dose Of Premarin

I have been taking a very low dose of premarin for hot flashes for a long time. I went off it for a short period of time and besides the flashes coming back I also feel sexually aroused frequently. I am back on premarin but this effect has not gone away. I am very much a senior and find this unusual and wonder what causes this.
