I Have Been Taking Amioderone And After 5 Weeks I

I have been taking amioderone and after 5 weeks I have been instructed by my Doctor to stop as its no longer necessary. I had to stop using Effexor while on amioderone. How long do I have to wait before going back on Effexor . My Dr replaced replaced Effexor with Clonazepam. I assume I'll stop that when I use the Effexor again. Unfortunately I'm one of the 10% that has negative gastrointestinal side effects while using Clonazepam. Cant I also stop using Clonazepam now or do I have to wait till the Effexor kicks in?? How long would that take after re-starting?
