I Have Been Taking Antibiotics For 6 Days For Oral

I have been taking antibiotics for 6 days for oral sugary. With them I have been taking a probiotic.
I also take dicloflanac for arthritis. Today I have had bad cramping, diarreha and gas and now rectal bleeding.
I have taken pepto dismal and just now a gas relieving chewable. What should I do if the symptoms continue?
