I have been taking armour thyroid over 10 years, I read an article that stated the medication did not help restore thyroid function, just helped with symptoms, my only symptoms were cold hands/feet and I can live with that, should I resume taking medication or is i
t safe to not (past 3 months with no additional symptoms)
