I have been taking cascara sagrada a few years now. Taking two tablets every other day about six tablets a week. As I tend to ne very constipated . I notice my stomach feels pressure and I have had some rectal bleeding from hemorrhoids . What are the side affects of this laxative. And is swiss Kriss laxative more safe to take? Nick Papacoulis
