I Have Been Taking Compounded T3 For Many Years I

I have been taking compounded T3 for many years I may change to the regular tablet (cytomel) soon. The compound is sustained release and lasts about 12 hours. If i am taking cytomel twice a day how many hours in between doses should i take it for effects to last !2 hours like the compound form?
