I Have Been Taking Dostinex For High Prolactin Of 40.currently

I have been taking dostinex for high prolactin of 40.currently trying for a baby. But everytime i take the pill i cant sleep and i feel tension in my chest all night i refuse to take that pill again. My prolactin dropped within a month to 1. But because i stopped thr doestinex now its gone back up again. I dont know what else to do
