I Have Been Taking Generic Cymbalta Over One Year And

I have been taking generic Cymbalta over one year and it does not seem to relieve any nerve pain from fibromyalgia which I have had for 33 years. I have had severe depression and anxiety since I was 10 years old. I am a retired RN and would like to know what direction I should take to get some relief from chronic tingling in my hands and feet. I wake up with pain every morning. Sometimes my heart is pounding. I used to take Zoloft 300mg per day but it stopped working for me. Irritability and sadness are the main symptoms I have along with the depression. THank you.
