I Have Been Taking Hydroco/apap 5-325 Mg Tab 2 Tabs

I have been taking hydroco/apap 5-325 mg tab 2 tabs every 4 hours for pain as I had surgery of my wrist on Thursday. I have been shaking , have chest pain , labored breathing and very nauseous . Do I have to be concerned ? Should I cease taking the medication? Should I go to the ER?
