I Have Been Taking Lorazipam For At Least 6 Mo.....feel

I have been taking lorazipam for at least 6 mo.....feel terrible...dr gave me a plan to follow---2 per day for 6 days......1 per day alternating with 2 a day for 6 days--then a half for 6 days...then 1 every other day for 6 days, then 1/2 every other day...does this seem ok with you?
