I Have Been Taking Metosatarn 50 , 1 Tab After

I have been taking metosatarn 50 , 1 tab after breakfast since January 2013, My Bp ranges fron 140 / 120 - 100/80 .

My doctor advised me this medicine after I was diagnosed with acute Gastric problem and fluctuation in BP. However my present cardiograph is ok,

Please advice what are the side effects of this medicine as I have been taking the same for almost 2 and half years. Should I continue with this medicine or should I change .
