I Have Been Taking Nicotinimide Riboside The Past Two Motnhs

I have been taking nicotinimide riboside the past two motnhs and love the vitamin. I am 82 and it gives me increased energy and treendous concentration where I am able to perform multi tasks, cook, take care of my injured daughter, take my boxer to the park, cook all the meals,her doctors and therapists, my doctors,etc
Where can I find out more about this vitamin. Maybe I am taking too many. None of my doctors or pharmacists have ever heard of it. I heard about it on a Health Talk Show. thank you.
