I Have Been Taking Oral Contraceptives For 2 Years And

I have been taking oral contraceptives for 2 years and this is the first time my period is late. I have not missed a single pill this month, and have only had sexual intercourse once since my last period, 2-3 days before starting a 7-day fluconazole treatment. Could this have affected the efficiency of the contraceptives in any way?
