I Have Been Taking Oramorph Liquid For Pain Releive For

I have been taking oramorph liquid for pain releive for 5 months a 500ml bottle lasts me 4 days, l ran out whilst I was on holiday and became very ill and agitated and did not sleep for three days , as soon as I returned I drank oramorph and return to normal instantly , am I completely addicted and if so what do I do to get off it , I was suffering extreme cold turkey .
