I Have Been Taking Predisone For 4 Days And Know

I have been taking predisone for 4 days and know Im starting to feel a little dizzy. I started with 60mg for two days and now Im starting to take my 40mg. Is that my body going through withdraw or is it because I've been taking it for 4 days and its starting to build up?
