I Have Been Taking Prescription Protonix For Hiatal Hernia, Acid

I have been taking prescription Protonix for hiatal hernia, acid reflux, and an erosion in gastric lining. I've noticed that my skin itches profusely all over, no hives or swelling, just feels like my skin is crawling. I've also notices ringing in my ears and dry mouth. Is this an allergic reaction to Protonix? I also take 1 Benadryl tablet with the Protonix to relieve the itching.
