I Have Been Taking Prozac For A Few Years, Does

I have been taking prozac for a few years, does it stop working or do you become somewhat imune to it?
I recently upped my dose from 20mg to 30mg, I was successful in lowering my dose to 20mg but now even after upping my dose to 30mg I feel no improvement and its been apron 6-7 weeks... What should i do?
