I Have Been Taking Suboxone And Tramodol For Chronic Pain

I have been taking suboxone and tramodol for chronic pain for the last 10 years, the Doc. that was subscribing it for me stopped subscribing it and I had to find another Doc., after going to the new Doc. for a few months he advised me that he cant treat me if I continue to take tramodol due to legal matters so I stopped the tramodol and I am having a rough time of it. Is it illegal to subscribe suboxone to someone taking tramadol, what can I do for the pain.
