I Have Been Taking Tramadol 50 Mg Every 8 Hours

I have been taking tramadol 50 mg every 8 hours for the past four days for pain. Will I experience withdrawal symptoms if I stop taking the medication, should I taper off the medicine? Since the dosing instructions say not to break the tables, should I take the next doses at 10h, 12h, 14h, 18h, 20h, 24h then stop, or is that going to be worse? I think the pain is receding (from an infection) and can be managed with NSAIDs and tylenol.
