I Have Been Taking Trazadone 200mg Daily And Halcion .25mg

I have been taking trazadone 200mg daily and halcion .25mg 1.5 pills at bedtime for over 15 years for insomnia and depression. My doctor retired and my new Dr. Thinks it is to much to take both. I have tried other meds but nothing seemed to work until I started to take these years ago. My question is if image had no side effects in all these years why would irony be ok to continue? That is her concern. Also what else is there that is equal to the trazadone and will work with the halcion? Thank you
