I Have Been Taking Trazodone 50 Mg For Approx. 14

I have been taking trazodone 50 mg for approx. 14 months and have gained a considerable amount of weight. on one web page it said that trazodone can cause weight gain from anywhere from 50 to 100 lbs. and they had me taking Seroquel for 51/2 years. In between they prescribed a medication that can cause a man to develop breasts. I have gained well over 50 lbs in the last 12 years since I've been on psych meds. What type(s) of medication would you recommend to lose this weight? Not only has it become a physical health issue, and now it's effecting my Psyche as well.
