I Have Been Taking Voltaren For About 10 Days Yesterday

I have been taking voltaren for about 10 days
Yesterday I developed severe abdominal pain and gas. It has subsided significantly by this evening but I am passing what looks like tissue with possibly some blood
Any ideas?
Should I be concerned ?
(Didn't take any voltaren yesterday or today)
