I Have Been Taking Xanax. For Anxiety For Many Years

I have been taking xanax. For anxiety for many years I started taking buspar and lowing my Xanax...know they want me yo get off the budpar and go on citalopram. But I will be taking 7.5 buspar two times a day and ten Mg cilslopram and xanax. When need ...I hope to syo buspar by Thursday is it safe to do this I nave been on 15 buspar for about two weeks.....so going down yo 7.5 and erst the citalopram please help me....
