I Have Been Taking Xanax For Chronic Anxiety For Several

I have been taking xanax for chronic anxiety for several years. Just resently my therapist took me off them cold turkey. I begged her not to because I know it can cause problems, but she refused to wean me off slowly. Now I have broken out with a terrible rash all over my body. I saw another Dr who put me back on xanax but it was too late. I am on prednisone but it is not doing much. I also have fibromyalgia. I am so miserable! Please help!
