I Have Been Taking Xanax Since Early 1992 And I

I have been taking xanax since early 1992 and I only take it as I need it.....in fact 270 pills lasted me over 2 years, now my Dr has told me that the only way I can get it is from a phychiatrist since I am now over 65. He said this is a new rule with Obamacare. Why??
