I Have Been Taking Zolpidem 10 Mg. Due To Insomnia

I have been taking zolpidem 10 mg. due to insomnia for years. I would like to wean myself off of this. What kind of side effects could I experience? I thought I might try melatonin again. It didn't work that well & it gave me vivid dreams. I am on other medications, generic Prozac, amlodipine, prevastatin. Thanks for your help.
