I Have Been Talking Tramadol For A Long Time For

I have been talking tramadol for a long time for knees shoulder pain I had hip replacement in2014 and some times it helps with that pain so my New doctor took me off of tramadol and now I getting bad filling since I'm not talking them what can I do about this I don't like this filling
