I Have Been Thinking Of Having A Labiaplasty As I

I have been thinking of having a labiaplasty as i am unhappy with the appearance of my labia but my main issue is the discolouration. I am very pale and the colour on my labia is very dark aswell as around my anus and now is starting around my vaginal opening. I know this is normal, everyones is different, it happens with age etc. But i am not happy and looking for a solution but struggling to find anywhere to perform a procedure for this problem?
