I Have Been Throwing Up For Several Days, Passed Out

I have been throwing up for several days, passed out at a wedding Saturday, went ER, am home, but now my urine smells like bleach and vinegar. Was told to make appt. for stress test and put on liquid diet. All the above symptoms happened before I pased out. Except for passing out, all symptoms continue. Also feel like I've been hit by a truck.
