I Have Been To 3 Doctors And All False Urine

I have been to 3 doctors and all false urine tests..last week the doctor sent me to hospital to get a blood test...it was negative. I still have not started my period and I take 10mg adderall twice daily...could the medication cause blood test to read negative?? And I actually am pregnant
