I Have Been To Er For A Rash Have Taken

I have been to er for a rash have taken 7 days of antibiotic they said it was a staff infiction seemed to almost clear and has returned what should i do now also i have no ins and or money for a office visit be blessed to get the persciption filled so maybe i need just go on back to er thk you for your time
