I Have Been To My Dermatologist For A Raised And

I have been to my dermatologist for a raised and extremely itchy rash right below the knee and it really hasn't gone away with steroid ointments, cremes, A and D ointment, and anti fungal ointments and for the past 2 months I have experienced extreme and severe vaginal itching to the point of going nuts. Nothing is working. I seen my gyno yesterday and she put me on another steroid ointment and not a creme for the vaginal itching but it's been two days of using it 2 times a day and it still hasn't gone away. Can the two rashes be related. After my gyno doing an exam on me she didn't see a yeast infection or anything unusual except some whitish thick patches on the outsides of the Vulvo area. I do not use any soaps except water to wash the area. I use a detergent free of dyes and chemicals, no fabric softener so etc. seems like when i eat food, it can act up. I am an extreme carb and sugar eater. Will eating theses foods that something to do with it. I haven't got my period in 4 months and was told I'm in premenopausal but my gyno said that has absolutely nothing to do with this. Any ideas on how to stop this severe itching, burning, stinging feeling. I still by the way have that itch below the knee area, too! Can they be related
